Hi everyone im new to this bloggin stuff but hope someone can help! Ive just begun slimming world and im trying to find out a syn value of a jar of asda barbecue sauce any ideas ?thanks.

You can work it out by using 1 syn = 20 calories as it has no free food allowance.

Bear in mind though that this formula can only be used for stuff that doesn't qualify for a free food allowance, ie crisps, chocolate, cakes, biscuits, sauces, ice-cream, drinks etc

Anything that has a free food in it you need to use the syn calculator.
