Woop woop!!!!!!

I'm sooooooooooo happy!!!

No weigh in until Wednesday (where I'm always 4/5lb heavier) but home scales show me as 13 stone 1.8 meaning my BMI is under 30. Reduced from 38.

I've not been overweight in years and years.

Gosh, never thought I'd be this happy being overweight. Lol!

I remember how thrilled I was when I finally was "merely" overweight (when I did LL in 2008). And, in fact, getting close to obese is what finally made me commit to CD this time. Been at since December 27 -- getting slowly closer to a healthy BMI and my goal weight!

Well done! That's awesome. I'm 7lbs off being overweight myself and I can't wait.
