Hi all

I live in France and have found a gorgeous soft cheese that tastes like Boursin but is 0% fat - am I right in thinking this would be free as it is 0% fat?

The nutritional details are different over here so unable to try and work it out on the online calculator but those it does list are all slightly lower than Quark' listed nutritional details.

I was thinking that all 0% fat cheeses and yoghurts are free?

Oh I hope so!!

Thanks v much!

not sure, best bet it to put nutritional information into syns calculator and select quark if it is a similar type thing and see what it comes out with, other than that you could try emailing slimming world with the nutritional details and they should be able to tell you.

We get fat free cheese here in the US/Canada, in soft cheeses, cheddar etc but it isnt free unfortunately, we can use it as a HEa though.

Not all fat free yoghurts are syn free as it also depends on the other ingredients in the product. I would try what BritMum suggested and see what SW have to say.

Great thanks - will email with nutritional details that are on the pack and see.

Fingers crossed!
