I do well in d day time at work but when I'm at home in d evenings I just pig out really badly... Like a half a loaf of malt loaf n then I feel guilty and eat the other half the malt loaf n then I feel sick... I never use to binge eat but I'm finding more n more now that it more of an issue...
I only restarted classes n gained half a pound in the first week n I've had 2 binges already... Feel like I can do it n it is so much more difficult to get into d pro points plan cos I've been so use to the normal points...
But I know I have to loose weight...
