Hi guys.

Thought I'd let you all know that I've just eaten this and it was amazing - me and my partner had a huge bowlful and there's leftovers for tomorrow!! Added red onion to Raita and it was fab!

Topped it off with a gin and slim and a strawberry mini milk! Yummy

This is the recipe I use for a really tasty beef curry. I am doing SW from home using old books. Can anyone tell me how many syn are in the recipe

Hot Beef Curry
1lb Lean Diced Beef
1 Large Onion
375ml Semi Skimmed Milk
500ml Water
5 - 6 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Tomato Puree

On EE I think the only syns in your curry is the semi skimmed milk - you get 1 HeA a day and can use 250ml of the 375ml as that. That leaves 125 ml to syn.

Why not try natural fat free yog instead - that way the whole thing would be free.

Hi

Want to make the yummy chicken curry this week. Do you add the yoghurt in at the beginning or nearer the end? Would it curddle being in the slow cooker for so long?

You'd normally stick it in at the end or it will probably split
