Hopefully re-starting but dont want my other half to know!!

Hi Guys,

Some of you know me - I've lost some weight on LT and CD.. For the past year I've been up and down in my weight (fluctuating about a stone - lowest 9st 7lb). I'm now back up to 10st 6lb

I've just got a second job that will hopefully help pay for CD but I dont want my other half to know I'm back on the shakes...
He thinks that I stick for it for 2 weeks - make myself unhappy then gain lots of weight again...
He's very fit and goes to the gym 3/4 times a week and thinks that I sould eat less - move more etc.... But I've tried this and it doesnt work for me!

So my part time job is going to be in the evenings - so I can say to him that Ive ate in work and have SS+ meal when we are together on the weekends..

I dont want to keep this from him but I think the less people that know - the less I can dissapoint them....

Advice would be gr8!

Hi your not alone, my OH just rolls his eyes to say what again! I must sound like such a bore to him starting diets every week. It's quite embarrassing really. Your doing the right thing just don't mention diets anymore and quietly get on with it, that's what I'm gonna do cos I can't stand the pittying looks anymore, lol x

I know what u mean - I've re-started this diet so many times it gets a bit embarrassing.. Good luck with ur re-start x

Woooo it would be good to have you back!! You haven't got much to lose at all, I bet it will be off in no time if you focus on the diet
