Shared a box of after eights and a chocolate orange with my OH night before last

Scale-hopped yesterday morn and was showing a STS so far, so not a disaster but ffs if I hadn't scoffed what cold it be. Yesterday was a lot better, fingers crossed I stay strong till Sunday (and beyond lol)

Know the feeling. Was a pig yesterday! Naughty! So long as we get back on track we'll be fine. Im just avoiding all naughty things now.

i love chocolate orange yummy and ferro rocher mmm oops sorry got carried away then ive come back after a few months break.. added an extra 6 pounds from over christmas... so need to get back on track again started back on ultra slim on monday weigh in on saturday

Nope, couldn't resist a steak baguette last night :/ ffs I was so hardcore when I did CD why can't I do it now

Just carry on lj you must be eating so much better than previously!! Small steps count keep on going!!! I'm jealous of the baguette tho!! Xx
