Jumped on the scales this morning and it is deffo reading 16:2, last night it wasnt sure if I was 16:4 or 2, but it has made up it's mind and I am well chuffed.
At this rate I am going I could even MAYBE lose a stone this week. Fingers crossed, even if my weight doesn't go down between now and sat I will still be happy!!
