I been on this diet since jan 3 and I've lost 11 pounds. But im stuck and can't loose any more. I exercises daily u burn 500 calories a day and have not cheated once! Any advice to loose more? Annd not get discouraged? I get irritated cuz I starred off at 215 and thus morning I wad 202.8 now 204.6.... I just want outta the 200 and to b 160 again. But I've been stuck for about 10 days any help n advice?
