hey guys,
thought it would be a good idea to update my diary every few days and if you could comment on it give me any ideas, i would be grateful as im a newbie and just trying to get my head around everything.

still shocked i can eat so much and lose weight so im a little worried ..

Sat 15th Jan red day
breakfast- 1 fried egg, mushrooms and baked bean (HEXB)
lunch-half a can of tuna in water and salad(carrot lettuce cabbage)
dinner- 1 chicken thigh(skinless) with stirfry vegetables and pasta(HEXB)

snacks- 1 muller light yoghurt 2oranges 1 apple 1 pear and 1 dairylea light triangle(HEXA)

total syns- 0

sunday 16th jan red day

B- 2 fried eggs, mushrooms onions. 2 slices of brown bread(HEXB) and baked beans(HEXB)
L- half can tuna and salad
D-2 pieves of white fish grilled with vegetables)carrots brocolli cauliflower peas) and 84g rice(6 syns)

S-3 apples, 2 oranges, 1 dairylea light triangle(HEXA)
drinks- diet coke
total syns- 6

Jan 17th red day
B- 28g shreddies(HEB) with 200ml skimmed milk(HEXA)
snack- 1 fried egg
L-2 skinless chicken drumsticks with mixed veg(brocolli carots cauliflower) and peas(5syns) with a canned tomatoes fried in frylight
D-white fish and 1 fried egg with spinach and tomatoes fried in frylight.
snack- 1 muller light yoghurt, 1 apple, 2 tangerines, 2 pears.
1 dairylea light triangle(HEXA)
total syns- 5

jan 18th red day

B- 28g shreddies and 100ml skimmed milk (HEX A+B)
L-can of tuna and plateful of salad. one spoon light mayonnaise(2.5 syns)
D-2 egg omelette and 3 slices of bread. (HEX B + 3 syns)
S- 3 oranges, 2 pears mullerlight yoghurt.
cod liver oil 2 syns?

Total syns= 7.5
30 minute cardio in gym


Jan 19th red day
B- 1 muller light yoghurt and 2 oranges
L- 2 eggs, mushrooms, 2 slices of wholemeal bread(HEXB) with a side salad and blob of ketchup 1 syn
D- chilli made with quorn mince and tinned tomatoes(no kidney beans) with jacket potato(HEXB + 7.5 syns)
snacks- 3 oranges
drinks-diet coke

total syns= 8.5

D- white fish, 227g chips(HEXB), baked beans(HEXB), 1 egg, 1 blob ketchup(1syn)
S-1 chicken, 1 apple, half mars bar (7syns)
drinks- diet coke and water

total syns- 8
gym- 30mins

cant quite get the hang of green days and seem to overeat(or i think) so sticking to red days.

B-100ml milk and weetabix (HEX A +B)
1 egg made with frylight
L-1 can tuna with salad and jalapenos(yum!)
D-2 eggs, fruit covered in strawberry falvoured muller light
S-1 alpen light(HEXB), 3 oranges and 3 apples.

drinks- diet coke and water
total syns- 0
45 mins gym

brunch- 2 eggs fried in frylight, 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEXB), mushrooms, 1 slice ham and blob ketchup (1 syn)
snack- 1 apple 1 pear
dinner- fruit salad, 28g weetabix(HEXB) and skimmed milkk(HEXA)
snack-1 apple, 1 satsuma and 1 chicken breast

jan 24th red day

late breakfast- 1 chicken breast and 2 satsumas
lunch- 1 chicken drumstick with salad and 1 satsuma
dinner- 2 chicken breast, 1 tomato, mixed veg and 227g chips(HEXB), ketchup(1syn) aromat(1syn)
snack-1 alpen light bar(HEX B), 1 pear, 1 apple, wine gums(3syns)

total syns-5
 
jan 25th red day
B- 3 eggs, 2 slices ham and 2 slices of wholemeal bread(HEXB) and ketchup(1syn)
L-1chicken breast and salad aromat(1syn)
D-2 chicken breast and salad
snacks-1 pear, 4 oranges, bounty(7syns), m&m's(4)
