online diet changed overnight

i was doing w.w. online and they changed it overnight, i logged on and it had changed to the propoints i didn't know anything about it and i didn't want it so i asked to have it changed back and they wouldnt so i had no alternative but to cancel it, because i did it online i have no books or anything, i think it was unfair to change it so quickly

Thats terrible, surely they should have to send information on the new plan basics. I bet they lost lots of people for the same reason....I'm still doing Discovery myself...plenty of help on here, just ask if theres anything you not sure of.....x

how long had you being doing it online? thats rediculous shurely to god they could have let you know!

thanks no i had heard they were doing something differant but no warning that it would change overnight.

thanks i was doing it about 9 months, i was paying 10 pounds a month you did get access to alot of recipes and stuff but i can now get it on here for free so i guess they did me a favor..
