Just re joined slimming world

Hi Everyone

Just a quick message to say hello and to introduce myself. I used to go go Slimming World, got to target, then thought I could "go it alone". Bad mistake, put on loads of weight so now back again and have a fantastic consultant. Feel motivated and looking forward to chatting with fellow slimmers along the slimming road to success. Am 57 with a lovely granddaughter recently retired. Good luck everyone happy slimming
