hi me and my wife were looking into buying a slendertone each but we dont know wether it will be worth it with us aiming to go to the gym 2-3 a week if not more has anyone got one and are they good value for money ??

My bf says its a waste of money.

Just stick to the gym!!

That's ok!

Yeah both me and my bf go to the gym regularly! He brought a slender tone belt a few years back, but it hardly got used as it just didn't work!

Good luck with the gym regime! Stick at it and you will see results!

i brought something similar to slendertone machine and use it on my abs every night for an hour. i feel that it is working but have not had it for long; my muscles do feel hard from it
