Is there a comparison between cambridge and other VLCD

I know cambridge and lighterlife are the same concept

what about exante/lipotrim/W8 (can't think of any others)

are the the same composition(ketosis diets, containing right vitamins etc)

anyone point me in the right direction

thanks

As far as I know Lipotrim has the same composition as CD.
You have 3 supplements a day just like CD and go into ketosis.

Costwise, LT is the same as CD but is a lot more limited (1x soup, 3 x shakes, 2x bars and all of which taste horrible) plus you don't get the support. And you can only buy 21 sachets at a time, so if you miss your WI or lose a sachet, you're down a meal or a few.

So for me CD is the way forward!

LL costs about £70 a week - thats hideous and yet its the same feeding regime. You may the extra moolah just for counselling but you get that from your Cambridge Diet counseller anyway.
LT and Exant are not NICE at all.
CD has some yummy shakes and costs around £40 a week.

Yes just checked out the lipotrim and not much saving there, I know lighterlife is the same but a lot more expensive because of the counselling(some worth the money but way out of my moneyleague).

maybe exante, i have some cd packs left but want to be 100% sure i am going to stick it before contacting counsellor etc, hence something to try out same as cambridge but cheaper.................

thanks

Hi serialcambridger there's a cheaper diets and it exactly like LL,LP adn CD, the name for it is weight to go.com and it only £26 per week and i lost a flipping 11lbs on my 1st week using it and their calories are as less as 114 per pack so if u really wanna try just buy a weekly for £26 and see if it works for you or not. Good luck

it is not a ketosis diet, would rather stay on similat to cambridge of i can, and it it more expensive than cambridge unless i have the wrong one?

I think you have the wrong one cos myself i kick ketosis on day 4 in this diet and i only have shakes and bars not the food, so i normally have 1 bar in the morning , 1 shake lunchtime and another shake for dinner and it working my friend lost 3st in a 3 months with this diets as you can see that i already lost a stone in 2 weeks.

I like the taste of two of the shakes and bay by adding coffee and tea or by having hot or cold. VCLD are not meant to be yummy! They are designed to be fairly bland. I have always bought two or three weeks at a time and the pharmacy do offer support if you need it.

i think there is 2 weighttogo & W8
i did post link did'nt realise you were not allowed

yes i think i could drink most things at £15 less a week :p

sound most similar to cambridge and easy to obtain

A lot of people have moved from LL/CD etc and some havent been keen initially but once theyve got used to them theyre fine. I think they can seem blander from what Ive been told because they have less additives or something in them (no doubt the thing that makes them tasty lol)

But yeah for £15 a week less its definitely worth sticking with for a bit. Dead easy to get. Order online, next day delivery :)

I done LT and only liked the choc shake which was why i didnt stick to it but cambridge shakes and bars are quite nice :)
