new to the forum!!

Hiya, my name is lisa and I have just started the atkins diet. Im getting married in april of this year and im hoping to lose 2 stone :-S
I did this diet about 6 years ago and managed to lose a stone in two weeks....looking back I really dnt know how I did it cos im on day 3 now and struggling.....big time!!!
Hope to get know people on hear and anyone who has advice would be welcomed :-D
