Hi guys,i joined slimming world 2 weeks ago and got my first 1/2 stone sticker which i am very proud of myself for.I am really enjoying the extra easy plan and i am never hungry which is great.I still have a way to go but i am so proud of myself lol x
Just a quick one, our consultant has said you don't necessarily need to have 1/3 of EVERY meal as super free, as long as overall your day is 1/3 superfree!! Some meals are easier to bulk out with sf than others
