I absolutely love pizza, which is part of the reason I have 4 stone to lose! Any ideas of a healthy alternative?

Whole grain flatbread, tomato sauce, reduced fat shredded cheese -- put it in the oven until the cheese melts and the flatbread is crispy. I find it to be quite decent!
