CDC appointment booked. :-)

Hi everyone,

I have been struggling to go it alone on CD without my CDC. Due to financial constraints I couldn't start beginning January, but I've just spoken to her and booked my first proper restart appointment for the 1st of February at 10:30am. I'm really looking forward to it and starting on SS+ properly again. I'm still trying to do the CD810 and 1000 at the moment, but it's been a very rocky road. I fell off the wagon spectacularly last night due to an argument with my hubby (we never usually argue..:(). My little 3 year old daughter also asked me why mommy had such a fat tummy yesterday, and I almost burst into tears there and then!
I realised that I have to have the motivation of seeing my CDC every week to keep me sticking to the diet, so I'm going to try and just eat healthily the next couple of weeks till my official proper restart.
I want to get my birthday out of the way too, as we are going out for a meal. Would've liked to have lost the weight I put on over Christmas by then.... Maybe, just maybe I can do it.... It's 7lbs.... we'll see. :)
Anyway, enough of my rambling. Hope you're all having a good day.
Chat soon. x

Good luck!! Im sure you can do it!!
My daughter (2) said mummys big big belly the other day...heartbreaking :-( BUT not for much longer! We will be yummy mummys!!

Hello lovely, great news you have your cd appt. Hope you are feeling better now :) I'm like you hun, I need the structure of seeing my cdc! I'm useless left to my own devices  you will get that seven pounds off in no time x take care x :)

Hi Tessig1 --

I was trying to do it on my own with CD products purchased from the US, but I felt I needed the accountability of having a CDC. Also, I wanted to try the Uk products as people in this forum have raved about many of them.

Re: Children and their comments -- your little ones are just saying what they think.

My 19 year old is just plan mean: he will bounce off the couch and fly across the room when I sit down on the other end. Ha! Ha!

When I walk into our fairly large kitchen, he will plaster himself against a wall to make room for my girth. Ha! Ha!

BUT... I told him that baldness is hereditary through the mother (and my dad is bald) -- then I said that I can't wait for him to start losing his hair. Ha! Ha! The thought of being bald made him turn green. ;)

Kids!

Good Luck -- you can do this.

Hi Kelly, yes I know what you mean. I was absolutely devastated when Jess said about my tummy. Truth hurts! That's made me even more determined to be a yummy mummy. :D

Thanks for all your replies, lovely ladies. I appreciate all your support. x
