Can I just confirm that the chocolate treats which come in a multi pack around 70 calories each are about 5 sins?

There is a thread somewhere but I can't find it from my phone at the moment.

Use 1 syn = 20 calories to work out items like this with no free food allowance.

So that would make them 3.5 syns each at 70 calories.
