I've Got To Eat Something!!

I have been having a pretty rough time with this diet for about a week now. I'm half way through my 6th week and the only food I have had was last Tuesday when I had some lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and a tiny bit of fresh salmon at a restaurant. I haven't had an AAMW yet as I am trying to save it for when I have days away (16th and 17th) and (23rd and 24th July). Anyway, I ACTUALLY NEED TO EAT AT THE MOMENT. Last night I was in tears and again today. :cry:I have had great support from this site and the support has actually made be stick in more, but unfortunately I have made my mind up that at 7.00 p.m. tonight I am going to have 3oz fish and 2tbs of broccoli. As this is not my AAMW, will this do me any harm? I feel desparate so I'd rather have that than cheat big time x
 
If you have 3oz of white fish and some broccolli you're not going to do any major harm. Make sure you still have your packs though :)

Eat it very slowly and enjoy it properly. I know it's not much but savour it :)

You really are supposed to do a week of add a meal after every 4 weeks on the diet.

I know I should have done the AAMW but after speaking to my CDC we decided it would maybe be best to try and get as much weight off as possible before I did my AAMW as the next one would not fall when I was away from home and would have to eat. Because it is 2 consecutive weeks for 2 nights per week, it would have meant I would have been eating every week. Please tell me if you can think of any other way as I get some great advice from this site and I REALLY REALLY WANT TO DO THIS PROPERLY. I am going on a couple of holidays too soon and will need advice on eating then too. I can depend on this site for advice though so will be calling for help (again!!!!). Thanks x

I am sorry, I have just seen you message from another post asking how I am today? Sorry, I didn't reply, I haven't got the hang of knowing if someone has replied yet or not, without having to read all the posts again. Anyway, I suppose my previous post has answered your question lol. Gonna keep going, but have to eat something I'm afraid. It could so easily have been fish and chips rather than plain white fish and broccoil, but ....... no pain, no gain x

Mia you could step up to the 790 plan for your holidays, you should still see a good weight loss as you'll still be in a mild ketosis. The amount of protein you are allowed on 790 is quite a lot and could probably be split in half for two meals, so you get a lunch meal and an evening meal :)

Exactly!!!!....it could have been fish and chips instead of white fish and broccoli. I would say that's someone who is still very much in control and it's better than crying and possibly triggering off a full binge.:D

You're doing so well so keep that positivity and lovely smile:)
