I measured out my milk allowance yesterday (skimmed so 350mls) and i only used some in my coffee mid afternoon so i've now got some left over. Can i use that for a hot chocolate today considering i finished off todays milk allowance???
you can syn the extra though if you're desperate for a fix..
also if you didn't use all of it yesterday, you should count it as syns since you didn't have a HeA if you didn't have it all..
