North-West Newbie!

My name's Sarah, I'm 20 and live in Leyland. I'm hoping to find people in the Leyland/Preston/Chorley etc areas to go to yoga and zumba classes with. I'd love to try zumba after all the positive things I've heard about it but a bit worried to go on my own! If anyone's interested, please get in touch

Unfortunately I don't live near you or I'd join you for sure! Did my first zumba class on Friday and I'm totally hooked! I can honestly say I've never had as much fun exercising and I was completely out of breath and sweating buckets by the end!!

It's obviously becoming really popular, the class at my gym was literally busting at the seams and everyone seemed to enjoy it! My point being even if you don't have a partner just get yourself to the class...you won't be long making friends!!
