its a long road
Ive finally come back to slimming world and theres a new plan so im going to write out what im eating in the hope you will all be able to tell me if im going wrong :)

Breakfast
2 Ryvita Dark rye (1/2 HEb)
topped with a chopped banana (free)


1 hour 15 mins in the gym

Lunch
2 small baked potatoes (free)
topped with tuna mixed (free) with red onion (free) and salad cream (tesco light choices, 2syns)
side salad of tomoatoes cucumber and red onion :0

Fruit salad :)

and ill update tea later :)
