Calling all gold (or near enough) members!

I need some advice. I am into my 3rd wk of ww and loving it and am really determined etc etc
The only worry is that I've felt like this so many times before and fallen off the wagon. I lost 21lbs once about 5 yrs ago but that's the best I've ever done.
Please give me some tips on how I can keep this up long term! (don't go to class I'm an online member) thanks in advance
