has started again!!
once you reach your target on CD, is there any type of gradual re-introduction to food?

I am on LL at the mo, and have considered a switch before but didnt go any further with it. My hubby thinks I need the LL management program but I wondered if Cd would help me as much?

Cambridge has a maintenance program which reintroduces carbohydrate and calories slowly over a period of weeks, they programmes are called 790,1000,1200 and 1500 and are based on the calorie content.

Working with your counsellor they will bring you back onto food in a gentle way that will firstly stabilise your weight loss and then maintain your new weight.
