Tesco Light Choices Chips

Hi everyone,

I'm really new to this so hopefully I have posted in the correct place.

I was hoping to buy WW oven chips today as 100g = 1.5syns however they didn't have any in ?

So I bought Tesco's Light Choices Chips instead.

Would anyone be able to help me with the syn value for 100g?

light choices, straight cut oven chips, frozen 100g baked = 2 syns on EE + GREEN, 6.5 syns on RED
