Having a weekend off, next weekend - weight gain?

Hi, I've got a weekend next week where I'll be coming off the diet Sat afternoon and evening meals, and Sun brunch and evening meals, and then I'll be going back on the diet on Monday. Does anyone else have experience of how much weight tends to be gained from coming off vlcd (I know it's mostly water weight but my WI is Monday morning). On Sat afternoon I'll be having a low calorie meal (400 cals high protein, low carbs), evening a curry meal most likely with a naan and chapatti (up to 1000cals), and then on Sun I'll try and make my brunch high protein (things like veggie sausage, veggie bacon, scrambled tofu, houmous), and Sunday evening I'll have a high protein, low carbs, low (400) calorie meal again. I'm hoping this will be damage-limitation, but not sure how much, and want to be prepared,

Its almost impossible to say to be honest. I had a day off for a trip away and still lost (somehow lol). But Id err on the side of caution and expect a few lbs

Hi Dreamer. I,d really like to know how tou get on as I've got the same problem coming up in a few weeks. I'm going away for the weekend as was gong to try to stick to high protien, low carbs, low fat.
Are you going to take any shakes or bars with you?
Good luck and have fun.

Chocaholic, on the days I'm eating (Sat/Sun) I'll be eating enough calories that I don't want to have shakes/bars on top of that! So will just be eating. Am a bit worried, but things come up sometimes and we have to build our diet round our lives rather than our lives round our diet, so I'll just enjoy and then get back into it soon after. I'll let you know how my weight ends up on the weigh in Monday straight after the weekend! And also if it's gone back down again by the following weigh in! Thanks for the luck :) Hoping we'll both do fine our our days off!
