WW ready meal syns

Hi All

What a great website! I've just looked up an assortment of WW ready meal syn values but it leads me to a question.

As an example, if I have

Weight Watchers Chicken in Tomato & Basil with Potato Wedges, frozen 330g pack
5½ Syns on Extra Easy Original 7 Syns Green 5½ Syns

on a green day and count the 5.5 syns, does this mean I have to count the chicken as a HEB or are the syn values for the entire meal regardless?

No the syn value includes all the ingredients including the chicken
