How much would i use if i were to cook a curry for me and hubby using some of this?? I've read it's 2 syns per tablespoon, is this right? I have 2 chicken breasts to cook tomorrow evening and would preferr a quicker option than the other recipe for curry x

from what i have found on here it seems to be 4 syns per tablespoon.
Now, if i am cooking for 2 that would work out @ only 2 syns per serving, wouldnt it?
Yep, if you are splitting it between two it would be syns per portion but I must admit that I use a tbsp per person when I make a curry with the pataks
