i decided that i want to start a blog about my weightloss journey as somthing todo at night rather than go for the chocs do anybody know any good sites for me to do this any help would be greatful xx

Have your tired blogspot.com? Most people I know use that one or there is wordpress buts its not quite as user friendly. Hope that helps x
