You were out shopping and you got hungry. So what? Just because you felt hungry doesn't mean you had to eat something.

Shopping is, for me, far too important to interrupt it with eating, anyway. If I feel hungry I just carry on shopping and eat when I get home. I haven't fainted from hunger yet!

Well apparently it is 380 calories so that would make it 19 syns. So cutting back a little on other days will soon claw it back! That's what you've got syns for after all!

Hey don't fret about it too much hon use your flexible syns!! just make sure you don't have as many in the next few days and it'll sort itself out!! Keep Strong !! Mwah Maz XX : )

Awww come on! Your being a little bit harsh! Show me one person who has 'never ever' given in to their urge to eat the wrong thing!

We all do it, as much as we would love to be little diet angels, were human, and were not infallible. :break_diet: Changing habits of a lifetime takes time, and never happens overnight, so give the poor girl a break init.

To the OP you could carry a banana and a cereal bar in your handbag, for such hunger pangs. To avoid snacking on the wrong thing. This is what I do, I always take fruit out with me.

Might not hit the spot like a cheese and onion pasty, but it at least deals with the hunger issue. ;)

Don't worry too much hun, I looked up the syns for you and it's not too bad.... next time take some sw goodies with you. I always do this when out shopping or even treat myself to a jacket potato from the shopping food court in town :)
Tomorrow is a new day...so don't let one day ruin your whole week.

Greggs, Cheese & Onion Pasty, each 15½ syns.

xxx

As long as you enjoyed it and you count the syns then it's OK.

I always have a cereal bar and a piece of fruit with me for emergencies and a skinny cappucino (milk from HEA) in Starbuck's is useful too.

Yes, it probably was a bit harsh - sorry for that.

Good choice, those are yummy! Use your flexi syns as mentioned above and you'll be fine. ;)

No it wasn't, it was your opinion and you're entitled to it.

If I posted the same as the OP and got your response, it would seriously help me a lot more than people saying "ah well never mind".

But that's me, I need people to be strict with me :D
