Decided to join here seeing as I'm trying to lose weight and could probably do with some support and willpower.

I'm 19, am not really weighing myself right now and just going on by how clothes fit really, but probably have 3 stone to lose ideally. I'm trying to do it the healthy eating way, having 3 fairly low calorie meals and no snacks/ a couple of healthy snacks during the day. I go on walks with the dogs on my days off which helps but have just bought a cross trainer as well, which I hope to use after work and about 4/5 times a week.

Anyway, that's me and hope to get to know you all :)
 
Sounds like a good plan to me !! I have about two stone to lose. Need to get the motivation to exercise as I'm managing to do the healthy eating ok :) x

Welcome to the boards and good luck on ur diet...theres loads of support in here,always someone to answer questions and give u a bit of moral support when u need it...jen:D
