It was day 3 for me & I have been 100% that is until about 8pm when I went on one, the craving was driving me mad so I went to bed with a book, ended up coming downstairs like the tasmanian devil scouring for food. Ended up making myself a piece of salmon. I could scream now. When I think about it I didnt enjoy it, I dont think I even let it touch the sides. Feel such an idiot now as I checked my ketosis & I was the middle dark pink. Have I ballsed it up now?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. x
