Hi.. looking for help.. New to all this

I am on EE

Whats a Quorn peppered steak come under, or is it a syn?

Weetabix.. syn???

I had a tin of vegetable soup (heinz) for dinner last night, felt ill all day and didnt feel like cooking, the book says 2.5 syns but someone else told me it's more like 8??

also,can i drink ROBINSONS no added sugar squaah ( needs to be diluted..)

Quorn peppered steak is free on EE

2x weetabix is a HEB (2x chocolate weetabix is a HEB + 2 syns)

The soup is probably 2.5 per 100g so check the book again to be sure - tinned soups are quite high in syns.

Robinsons NAS squashes are free

I've added some notes above but we have a whole forum where you can look up syn values and ask questions about syns. You can usually bet you are not the first person to want to know so well worth trying a search first

Thank you so much for your help.

I didnt like the Quorn peppered steak =( really couldnt even eat it, so instead of having it with my Jacket pot, i had some turkey... !

will do searches and try the syn section in the future! x
