breakfast: pear, bananna with a yog
lunch: curry loaf with cucumber, tom, sugar snap peas, celery and carrot
tea: asda quick cook lemon pepper rice(1syn) with mixed veg (mushrooms, courgette, spiniach, sugar snap peas) cooked chicken.
fruit salad with yog on top
hxa- forgot to have 1!
hxb- 2 alpen light bars
syns: 1 green and blacks small bar chocolate = 4 syns.
2 small merangue nests = 2 total 6 syns
friday 14.1.11 (so far)

lunch: sweet pot with primula light cheese, sw quiche, tom, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and cooked chicken.
tea:crabstick salad followed by fruit salad & yog.
