Vermicelli Noodles pp's?

I had 45g uncooked yesterday and worked out the points using the info on the pack as 5pp

Now, cooked, does it change? I didn't add anything to them just soaked them in boiling water for a few mins. No salt no nothing ...

Yeah the whole cooked/uncooked pasta & potato thing on pp is really throwing me :-(
