In their TV highlights section they review a programme called "Will my crash diet kill me?"

This is what they say

"This documentary follows people who have been brave enough - or stupid - enough to try the more extreme kind of weight loss programmes like LighterLife or the cambridge diet"

It sums up at the end with

"Our advice is simple - get off the sofa and do some exercise instead!"



I will NEVER buy this piece of sh!t magazine again!!

Clearly an article written by a size 4 stick who lives off branflakes and has never had a weight problem before!!! Grrr!

I guess really it's down to a matter of opinion - i have opinions about weightloss surgery, weightwatchers, xenical, slimming world etc, but accept that for some people these are the solution. The solution that works for me is LL.

If I "got off the sofa and did some exercise" I don't think that is going to address any of my food issues or get rid of the 7 stone sitting round my arse!!!

Based on that... I'm gonna boycott it too!

I noticed 'Woman' has a diet special edition out this week... covers everything WW/SW/Dukan to name but a few - well everything except - VLCDs, which are becoming more and more popular by the day, but no, lets just ignore them
