Was wondering if anyone has ever had 2 bars in one day!? If so did it take you outta ketosis?

I never have because the bars have more carbs in, so will likely take you out of Ketosis

Doing it once might not take you out of ketosis but i wouldnt make a habit of it. The exante site says they recommend only one bar a day because of the higher carb content xx

I cant even handle one bar....makes me all bloated and get a really sore tum, so good on you for managing 2 haha. The bars are so yummy too, could justfancy one right now, but sooo not worth the pain lol x

Yeah me too! I used to cut them up into wee pieces, stick it in the freezer for ten mins then munch on the bits like sweets while watching TV at night.....bt as much as i like them, my tum doesnt haha x
 
I did once and it made no difference to ketosis but regardless of whether it does knock you out or not its going to have no impact on your weigh in, ketosis doesnt affect that at all.

No not at all. If you had 3 packs, 2 of them being bars then you still consumed 600 cals so no difference calorie wise. The only danger from carbs is ketosis but everyone is different with what takes you out of it. Having one extra bar, once, will most likely make no difference to your ketosis state it most definitely wont cause you to gain weight :)
