Do i have to syn all of the veggies in a soup when i make it myself, as i blend it down? Otherwise it is a syn free soup? Thanks and fingers crossed

You can do what you want to veggies and they are syn free! As long as you dont have say...erm... sweetcorn on a red day for example.

Nope veggies are free regardless of whether they are raw, cooked, blended or mashed etc.

It is just fruit you have to syn if you cook, purée or blend

phew, thought that. But just had a panic tonight as i was making it and remembered about the fruit. Thanks. Leek and potato soup for lunch tomorrow it is x
