Smash on a red day.

Hey there,

Does anybody know how many syns are in a tablespoon of Smash mix on a red day? I'm making a beef stew and I just added some to thicken the gravy, completely forgetting I was doing red!

They only have syns for made up smash i'm afraid, maybe it'll help?
