Hi all,
Being ages since I last posted! Hope everyone is doing ok!
I started my LL journey 4 years ago and lost 6 1/2 stone I have since put some of the weight back on,to which I feel totally ashamed of myself for,so here I am on this forum for some support & encouragement,to get back to my goal and stay there this last time for good!
I'm on day 8 doing really well and feel great now in ketosis,need too loose 4 1/2 stone ( can't believe I've said it or even put it down)!
Anyway you all seem so supportive on here,some of you will even know where I am coming from.
Went for my wk 1 weigh-in last night and lost 8 pound well pleased,and a good start,I did do RTM the 1st time,so I did find out what my "trigger" foods are will have to learn to control that when I get to my goal again.

Awh well done on your 8lb loss, that's amazing :D.

You'll be able to do the 4 1/2 stone with ease. Good luck to you, not that you'll need it. Hope your day is going well.

On wk 3 now,doing really well this time,- 1 stone in 2wks,well pleased!
Wk1 -8lb
Wk2 -6lb
 
Another 4.5lb lost. Total 1stone 4.5lbs in 3 wks!

Wk1 -8 lb
Wk2 -6 lb
Wk3 -4.5 lb

Welcome back and don't worry about your past. I know what it feels like to have the embarrassment of having some weight return. It shows that you are aware and definately not in denial of yourself. Which is a great first step. Well done with your losses so far, that's amazing! good luck and I look forward to reading your future progress
