just wondering if anyone does other things to help the weight loss like exercise drinking loads of water?
 
well basically ur not supose to exercise as you are getting just enough nutrients to cope with a day but i go on wii fit for 20mins only on the step arobics and the game tpye exercises but i do it within 1 hr of having my shake so im not light headed
 
I have done Zumba and am due to restart LT next week, so i will probably go back to Zumba early February once my ketosis is established..

You are not supposed to drink more than 4 litres a day.. Are you planning to do anything lilly? x
 
In my first few days I didnt do anything but day 4/5 I went on dance central on the kinect for 30minutes. Nothing massive but felt good about myself, after downing a pint of ice cold water :D and having a nice shower afterwards. Good luck x
 
i run around doing school runs and shopping etc on top of house work so im trying to just stick to 100% and normal day to day stuff but will be starting to ride my bike and walk again once the weather is better. i want to try not to be too saggy so deffo going to do some toning. x
