thanks everyone i am now in the 12 stone bracket and last time it took 5 weeks for me to lost 5 1/2lb, it must me the change in group this one is so much more positive and my target is 4lb for next week.
I dont have my food diary sorry as i gave it to my consultant but basically ive been on green days and I had 85 syns,
Ive had 30g branflakes for breakfast
and 2 chocolate weetabix on weekends
Then for lunch been having spagetti on toast, mug shots, jackets with cottage cheese, pasta n sauce for lunch with veg or fruit.
Tea: ive been making home made meals such as spag bols, mushy pea curry, pasta bake, fish and SW chips peas.
Ive also had a bananna every day and a muller light for snacks.
