Green or EE days - what's the difference?

I only have the original Food Optimising book (and am doing this alone without attending a group) so could somebody explain the main differences in the EE plan as opposed to the original green/red plan please? Thanks x

Short answer - on EE you can have unlimited of both red and green foods in a day, but you only get one Hex A and Hex B, plus so you don't eat too much high cal foods 1/3 of your plate should be superfree (that is what is free on both plans - mainly fruit and non starchy veg).
