just green days

hi

Does anyone do just green days, with no EE or red days included.

The reason i ask is i always seem to struggle on reddays and sont eat meat so i stick to fish.

really fancied doing all green days but worried its going to be to many carbs.

I 90% do green days, just be careful on the carbs if it is a problem. Also planning your meals can help give you control and measuring the carbs so you don't go overboard :)
 
Loads of people do! Either because they are vegetarian or they do not eat a lot of meat or they just want more HEs

I lost about all my weight doing green - carbs get a bad rep but that is really not the case

I love my carbs!

I'm half and half with green and tend to do them on days I am going to exercising as i always seem to need to eat more on those days. I never done a red day though.
