Had my usual porridge for breakfast and i had chicken and mushroom soom around 1 o clock, but boy im starving now! first time since i started on the 3rd jan!

i wont give in :sigh:
 
No i dont think i am drinking enough.. woke with a bad headache this morning.
Deffo trying to make an effort now to drink more.
 
I would also say, Try upping your water x
 
i always have a water before my shake. 4 pints a day minimum then and if you drink black tea/coffee and add extra water to your shakes you've done more than the minimum.

I think im gonna have a porridge for tea ( atleast that feels as tho im eating lol )and have it earlier than usual, also whilst family are eating so i dont feel so hard done by!
