A friend of mine got some tickets for a club in london off it recently - was ok except she didnt read it properly and bought far too many by accident! It would have been a fab bargain, but it was her fault.
Generally, I know people who get cheap beauty treatment offers from that site and really like it - dont think it's a rip off or a con at all.

I think it's pretty good...I had a problem with them once, but it was Paypal's fault as they didn't send the payment to them.
My friend uses them all the time though and thinks it's great.
