HELP!!!

Hi all - started dietmeal plan last Tuesday. Weighed in on Tuesday and had lost about 2kg, seem to have put 1kg on overnight! Any suggestions? Not TOM and haven't cheated!!! Scared it won't work out for me and feeling really rather desperate!!! :eek:
 
the key is to weigh yourself once a week, your weight can change depending on the time of day, if you have ate, things like that so you wont get a true reading if you weigh often
