Red Days Actimel as part of hexa?

Can anyone tell me if I can use my actimel as part of my hexa?
I struggle to use it all if not as I hate milk and not that fussed abt cheese.
Or if anyone knows of anything that can be used instead of milk and cheese please let me know.

Afraid not! I suspect that there is not enough calcium in it and too many other additives to count as a HEa.

Your HEa is only cheese and milk for the calcium but if you are sure you are getting enouugh from other foods I would not worry too much.
