Hi Everyone,

My CDC said it was ok to have sugar free gum.

Is this true??

I find it helps but panicing about not having a good loss?!?

The trouble with sugar-free gum is that the chewing action can stimulate your appetite, so you might feel hungry after chewing, there is also a slim chance it could knock you out of ketosis. If you can get hold of it you're better off using the strips you place on your tongue or a mouth freshner spray like gold spot, if you're worried about "ketosis" breath.

Ok I think I will stop it!!
I find that it helps with hunger pangs rather than stimulate them but I dont want to be coming out of ketosis!!

Thanks, Anna xx
